Services

Consultation services include sessions (consultations or 'coaching') on topics determined by you, the client. Consultants aim to assist in developing and implementing strategies to help you reach your goals. This may include many purposes, including personal projects, improving life balance, reviewing and improving job performance and satisfaction, or other aspects of your life, business, or profession.

Therapy services are similar to consultations in that the purpose is to assist you in reaching your goals. In addition to implementing strategies to improve many areas of life, other professional referrals may be provided, and support will be provided through a more clinical lens, which may include mental health diagnoses, psychoeducation, and case management.

Which is right for me? If you aren't sure if you'd like consultation or therapy services, reach out and we can discuss the benefits of each to determine what fits your needs.

If you are seeking REAT Supervision, Art Therapy Supervision, Counseling (LPC) Supervision, or another service not listed here, please reach out so we can discuss your needs and how I can support you.

What can I expect?

Before we begin working together, we will discuss what consultation or therapy might look like for you, including topics and goals, frequency of sessions, and pricing. We can do this over email or through a scheduled 15 minute introductory voice, or video, or chat session.

I may send you an Engagement Agreement or Consent to Treatment, as well as a few other forms to provide information based on the type of services desired and what makes sense in our work together. Sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes, but I can be flexible in some cases depending on your needs.

2) If a client is at imminent risk to him/her/themselves or makes threats of imminent violence against another person, I am required to take protective actions.

I aim to discuss any concerns with you before taking action or disclosing any information.
